WATCH: Repeat offender leads deputies on 100 mph chase before hiding under porch in his underwear

A Colorado repeat offender, Zakary Dean Hirschfield, led deputies on a dangerous 100+ mph chase through residential areas after a traffic stop, eventually hiding under a porch in his underwear before being arrested. He pleaded guilty to felony eluding and received a five-year prison sentence, but the district attorney argues he should never have been on the streets due to prior court decisions that repeatedly released him.
