Targeted drug shrinks tumors in 3 out of 4 patients with advanced breast cancer

A phase 3 trial found that trastuzumab rezetecan significantly delayed tumor growth in patients with ERBB2-low advanced breast cancer compared with chemotherapy. Tumors shrank in 75.5% of patients on the drug, though side effects were more frequent and sometimes serious.
