Andrew called to give evidence in fraud trial next month

Prince Andrew has been served with a witness summons to give evidence in a High Court fraud trial on or around 15 December, where he may face questions about his financial arrangements and the £750,000 he received from a Turkish woman who claims she was defrauded by her financial adviser. Andrew is not accused of wrongdoing but will be questioned about disputed payments and a contested £768,000 loan allegedly linked to a Swiss chalet purchase.
